Join our expert crew for a four-hour night of lobster fishing off the Catalina Island shore. Our crew can leave anytime you want, but lobsters come out right at dark, so the ideal time to leave is an hour before sunset. We’ll drop and mark our hoop nets in the best locations, then wait aboard our safe, clean and heated vessel. While waiting for the hoop nets to “soak”, spend time by fishing for local fish, watching satellite tv or just relaxing aboard our safe and clean vessel. Join the crew, as we haul in the hoop nets and process the catch. Learn about catch limits, size measuring and other helpful lobster fishing techniques. You keep your catch within California State Lobster limits!

The Lobster Fishing charter leaves Avalon Harbor at the designated time (nightly) and heads toward the best lobster grounds available given the current conditions. The crew will return after your negotiated time on the seas. You will have the option to purchase additional time on board if the vessel and crew are available. Six-passenger maximum permitted on this excursion.
